I had a great stay at this hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The staff were helpful and it's conveniently located near the town center. The dining options were superb, but the gym could be better. Overall, it was a good value for money.

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were spacious and tidy with a very smart layout, offering a gorgeous view of the mountains from the balcony. Although they weren't particularly clean, they provided a wonderful space for kids to play. The service was extremely welcoming and accommodating, with staff being very friendly and fluent in English, always ready to assist with any travel needs. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to Sapa center and offering a good view of the mountains. Dining options were abundant, with both Asian and western cuisines available, though not up to the standard of some western guests.
